Nevada awards 2 New licenses

The Nevada Gaming Commission just released the names of two more online gaming companies who have been granted licenses to operate within the state of Nevada. The Nevada Gaming Commission began granting licenses to operate online gambling sites within the state last year and to date have granted a number of licenses with more to follow over the course of 2013.

The first of those two new licenses was granted to Lottomatica Group. Lottomatica Group will be operating as GTECH with plans to integrate its overseas operations into the U.S market. This is giant step forward for Lottomatica Group and also a positive step forward for those players who live in the U.S who want the option to play where they wish to play.

The other license has been granted to Sartini Synergy Online. Sartini Synergy Online will be offering online poker services to players within the state of Nevada. There is no firm set date to launch but is preparing its software in order to launch and be ready to go in a few months.

For those who have been watching the developments from within the U.S over online gambling both of these licenses are a step in the right direction. It is hoped that eventually all states in the U.S will allow some form of online gambling within their state borders.
